Sprayed Polyurethane Foam Roofing is great for most new construction and existing roofing applications. It's applied in a single layer, covering the entire roof, to prevent leaks. In most flat or low slope applications, there's no need to remove the existing roof and it can be applied with little disruption to the facility saving time and money. Applied in conjuction with the TF Series Acrylic Elastomeric Coating.

Foam/Gravel Restoration consists of removing loose gravel, application of 1.5" min. sprayed polyurethane foam, apply a 1.5"-2" layer of 7/16" crushed rock covering the entire spf surface, with the exception of the areas above the gravel line, like penetrations, parapet walls etc. which get elastomeric coatings applied.
